They had a few signs and also "chalkupied" the stairs and sidewalk in front of the Old Court House at Bay Street and Queen Street West. It looked like there were less than twenty protesters and about ten bicycle police beside the war memorial adjacent to Queen Street and the Eaton Centre, reminiscing about the good old protest days, when parks fell under their command and the grass slowly died. Maybe that's why they stayed on the concrete this time. I didn't see cake either - stupid protest birthday.
